The Practice I Offer

I don’t teach loud, fast, or one-size-fits-all yoga.

My sessions are quiet, unhurried, and tailored entirely to the person in front of me - whether you’re a first-timer who’s never set foot on a mat, or an experienced practitioner craving depth without a crowded studio. We move slowly enough to feel what’s actually happening in your body. We breathe in ways that settle a busy mind. There is no performance. No Pressure. Just a practice built around what you genuinely need in that moment - whether that’s releasing travel tension, quieting mental chatter, or simply being in a space where no one asks anything of you for an hour.

My Training & Influences

I am about to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Joyful Pose, where I trained under Kristian Gustke, a teacher known for her precise, anatomically-informed approach and her ability to make yoga feel both intelligent and joyful. That training gave me the groundwork: how to teach bodies of all kinds safely and clearly.

Recently, I traveled to India to deepen my practice and study with Bridget Woods Kramer and Ananda Leone - whose teachings on embodiment, breath and the subtle, inward dimensions of yoga now quietly inform everything I offer. Together, these experiences shaped a practice that is grounded and gentle, but rich with inner attention - exactly what I hope to offer you.

Why I Do This Work

I came to yoga, as many do, during a time when my life felt louder than I could manage. The practice didn’t just stretch my body. It taught me how to pause, how to trust myself, and how to hold complexity - strength and softness, effort and ease - without needing to resolve it. That experience reshaped me. Now, I offer private sessions because I believe the deepest practice happens not in a packed room, but in a quiet, personal space where you feel safe enough to let down, just a little.

For the guest who spends their life taking care of others, managing high-stakes decisions, or holding it all together: this hour is for you. My role is simply to guide, to witness without judgment, and to hold a space warm enough for you to arrive fully.

Working With Me

  • Completely private - Sessions are one-on-one or small group, in your room or a peaceful outdoor space at your hotel or B&B.

  • Entirely Tailored - Every session is built around your body, your energy, and your intentions, not a fixed sequence.

  • Professionally insured - Your safety and privacy matter. I carry full liability insurance and handle all details with discretion.

Let’s Practice Together

If you’re staying in the South Okanagan and curious about what a private session might look like for you, I’d love to hear from you. A simple message is enough to begin.

Let’s Find Your Practice

Whether you have a clear idea of what you need or just a quiet sense that you want to feel more at ease during your stay, I’d like to hear from you. There’s no obligation - just a quiet, thoughtful exchange to see if this is right for you.
